How do The Cherry Drop boots fit?
True to size. If you're between sizes or like thick socks, go up a size. Our size guide has the full chart and how to measure.
Which sizes do you make?
UK 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7.5, 8 and 9.
The boots
What are they made of?
The outer is PVC, the sole is rubber and the lining is synthetic.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. The Cherry Drop is a waterproof rain boot, made for puddles, dog walks and school runs.
How do I clean them?
Brush off loose dirt with a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
What colours do they come in?
Five: Black Cherry, Cherry Stone, Orchard, Cream and Blossom.
Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide, and every order is tracked. Delivery takes up to 7 business days to the UK, US, Canada and Australia, and 7–15 business days everywhere else. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order leaves us. Tracking can take a little while to update.
Will I pay customs duties?
Orders delivered outside the UK may have import duties or local taxes. If they're collected at checkout you'll see them before you pay. If not, the delivery company may collect them on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@toocherry.co as soon as possible with your order number. We move fast, so we can't promise changes once your order is being prepared. Your statutory cancellation rights still apply.

Returns and exchanges
Can I return my boots?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Boots must be unworn outside, with tags and packaging. Read the full returns policy.
Can I swap my size or colour?
Yes, subject to stock. Email us to arrange it. In the UK, your first size exchange per order comes with a free return label.
What if my boots are faulty?
Email info@toocherry.co with your order number and what's wrong. We cover the return postage and put it right.
